Hatchery is an innovative platform that unites entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and local communities to develop, test, and launch exciting new food and beverage concepts. Since their founding in 2015, they have been dedicated to introducing unique global flavors and culinary ideas to China, starting with their flagship in Beijing. When they sought to expand to Shanghai, we were tasked with creating a flexible, multifunctional space to support this dynamic platform.

The design had to accommodate various culinary concepts, transforming seamlessly from kitchen to bar and dining areas. Our solution was a modular, adaptable layout that could shift and evolve as new food ventures came to life, balancing operational efficiency with an inviting atmosphere for guests.
