While working in the architecture department at EFC, we outsourced an architectural firm to redesign an existing condo complex. During this project, I collaborated on the interior design of various model units and was responsible for the procurement of all furnishings and materials. This included selecting and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) for the units and key amenities such as the pool and gym. My involvement ensured that the design vision was maintained across all spaces while meeting both aesthetic and functional goals.
