Para esta finca de 10 acres en Wellington, FL, EE.UU., actu\u00e9 como director del proyecto y arquitecto consultor, adem\u00e1s de como representante del propietario. La residencia y los establos contaban con un dise\u00f1o general y un conjunto de planos, pero carec\u00edan de una selecci\u00f3n de materiales y acabados, lo que supon\u00eda un reto \u00fanico. Inspir\u00e1ndome en las haciendas tradicionales mexicanas, transform\u00e9 la estructura existente seleccionando cuidadosamente todos los acabados y materiales, desde el suelo, la pintura y las columnas hasta las puertas, ventanas y luminarias. Cada detalle, tanto en el interior como en el exterior, se seleccion\u00f3 para conseguir un dise\u00f1o aut\u00e9ntico y cohesionado.
