For this 10-acre estate in Wellington, FL, USA, I served as both the project manager and consulting architect, while also acting as the owner’s representative. The residence and stables had a general design and set of drawings but lacked material and finish selections, presenting a unique challenge. Drawing inspiration from traditional Mexican haciendas, I transformed the existing structure by carefully selecting all finishes and materials—from flooring, paint, and columns to doors, windows, and lighting fixtures. Every detail, both inside and outside, was curated to achieve an authentic and cohesive design.
