I’m an architect with a passion for creating unique projects and redefining the guests experiences.
With over 20 years of experience and 14 years specifically dedicated to designing gastronomic spaces, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to every project. Having lived and worked in the USA, Beijing for nearly nine years where I ran my own studio, and now in Madrid, I have a diverse and global perspective on design.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach. I don’t just create visually stunning spaces; I design with functionality and operations in mind. A restaurant or gastronomic space must be more than aesthetically pleasing—it needs to operate seamlessly, be functional, and evoke the right ambiance. From selecting the perfect music and curating the ideal branding and brand image, I consider every detail that influences the overall guest experience. My comprehensive understanding of these elements ensures that each project not only looks beautiful but also works efficiently and delivers a memorable experience for every guest
