Situated in Madrid, this healthy fast-casual restaurant spans three floors, each thoughtfully designed to enhance the dining experience. The first floor boasts an open kitchen, inviting guests to watch their meals being prepared, alongside two cashiers for efficient order-taking. A handicap-accessible restroom is also located on this level, ensuring convenience for all visitors.
The second floor features a full juice and cocktail bar, a dishwasher area, a walk-in fridge, and additional dining space, providing a comprehensive and enjoyable experience for guest. In the basement, you’ll find restrooms, storage areas, and a hidden office cleverly concealed behind a mirror.
A standout element that unifies all floors is the impressive staircase. Featuring a massive stainless-steel wall that runs through the first and second floors, it also incorporates a stunning lighting fixture created in collaboration with Pichiglas Studio from Barcelona. This design feature adds a unique and striking visual appeal to the restaurant.
