This 836m² luxurious penthouse, along with a 250m² rooftop featuring a pool, was designed by renowned Spanish designer Luis Bustamante. While working at EFC, I had the privilege of being part of this exceptional project. Our architecture department was responsible for the project management and full fit-out. My role involved overseeing the procurement of all furniture and décor, ensuring that every piece aligned with the designer’s vision. Additionally, I assisted the project manager with on-site supervision, helping to ensure that the project ran smoothly and that every detail was executed to perfection.
